Geographical Location

We have noticed that some resellers and customers contact our Taiwan office directly. Please be advised that any orders placed to any office outside of the USA, you will have to contact them directly for all after sales service and any product warranty, liability claims due to different jurisdictions. Only Orders placed in the USA from Master Air Tool Ltd Co, USA in Arkansas by ordering online (www.masterpalm.com or www.mastertoolsupply.com ) or by calling 1.501.255.0331 ext 201 or submit your order to sales@masterpalm.com are secured and insured and will be honored for any after sales service.

Minimum Order

We currently do not have any minimum order amount requirement for all accounts. However, general reseller is either to place an initial $1000 stock order or deposit as store credit for future orders, and stock distributors are required to place an initial $2000 stock orders or deposit as store credit for future orders, all deposit are non-refundable. Any sub sequential orders can be in any quantity and amount. Any fees for low order amount will be displayed in our system before you checkout. We do not have any hidden charges. The shopping cart system will display the total that you need to pay for that order.


Registration and On-line Account

Based on our experience, we usually receive order with customization request or orders that are not our in-stock inventory items. Therefore, we now require 8-10 business days before your order can be shipped out.
  • 4.2 Once Your order has been submitted through the Master Air Tool Ltd Co On-Line Store, Master Air Tool Ltd Co will send You an e-mail confirming Your order. A second or third e-mail will be sent informing You of the dispatch date of Your order.

Applicable Law

If you choose to get a quotation, place the order, shipment arrangement and make payment with our sister company in Taiwan directly, you have to communicate and make arrangement with them directly for any liabilities, warranty, order, shipment, return and payment with them directly. We will not be able to assist you or assume any liabilities if any order, payment, shipping arrangement, transaction made is outside of the USA due to the facts of that two companies are two different tax entities in different countries and guarded by two different jurisdictions.

P.O. Box / APO/ APE Destination

May I use my own shipper account?

Currently, for personal,government and vetetran account, we do not honor third party account for shipment. If you open a business, general reseller and stock distributor account with us, you may use your own shipment account. All shipment are dispatched from Hot Springs, AR. unless otherwise specify in the invoice.


How much does it cost to ship to my destination?

USA Destination
Currently, all shipment to continental USA destinations are free via USPS priority mail if you order over $250. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for free shipment. We use online real time shipping rate calculation. You will know how much the shipment charge will be at the time during your checkout process. You may also use "Shipping Estimate" in the cart view to preview the shipping rate prior to checkout.

International Destination
We use online real time shipping rate calculation during your checkout process.


Import Tax and Custom Clearance

If your shipping destination is outside of USA, you are liable to pay for import tax. In most cases, our shipping carrier will bill you the amount of import tax they pay to the custom.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally, please allow 7-9 business days before your item ship out. And it takes 2 - 5 business days to arrive your facility or your designated shipping destination depends where you are located in the USA. We ship directly via USPS priority mail for domestic and international orders. Therefore, we also ship to PO Box/ APO/ APE destinations. Distributors might have longer wait time to receive its order based on the order quantity.

We accept personal and business check payment from our distributors. All order will be processed and shipped out after your check is cleared at our bank with additional 7 days verification wait time. This is to prevent check fraud. For any return checks, we charge USD$35 return check fee since that is what we will be charged by our bank for any bad checks. For bad check issuers, we may report you to credit bureau or authority for further investigation.


Check Payment

We accept check payment if your order is more than USD$1000. To use check payment, just checkout as usual and follow the system instruction. Please be advised that we can not ship out your order until your check is cleared in our bank. Any bounced check will induce a USD$35 check bounced fee charged by the financial institutions.


Bank to Bank Wire Transfer

Currently we do not accept telewire transfer to avoid frauds or any other security risks. Please either pay through credit cards or check. If you are authorized distributor and order more than USD$2000, you may elect to pay either via check or wire transfer.


Processing Fee

Master Air Tool Ltd Co, USA does not charge any processing fee for any orders.  And all orders over USD$250 within continental USA are shipped free via USPS priority mail or FedEx ground.


Business Purchase Financing

Master Air Tool Ltd Co now accept business purchase financing via behalf.com where the financing institution provides easy approval to small and medium business. To qualify for business purchasing financing, each order has to be at least USD$300. Behalf.com charges interest rate with financing up to 150 days, depending on the credit worthiness of the business owner's personal credit. The applicant's personal credit will be checked and will create a hard inquiry on your credit report when you apply for it. You may only use behalf.com business purchase financing for business purchase. To use this option during checkout, please specify "Business purchase financing via behalf.com"  and specify your behalf.com billing email address in the comment field and select "Contact Us" as the payment option. We will generate an order via behalf.com and send you the invitation if you don't have an account, otherwise you will be notified by behalf.com to make payment to the order through behalf.com financing. Returns Policy

The following return policy only apply to consumer customer or corporate account customers. Authorized distributors have different return and exchange policy based on the distributor agreement.

2. Cancellations, Exchange and Exchange Fee, Return and Restocking Fee.

2.1 Cancel Your Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after you place your order to get all your money refunded. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and you may still cancel your order, however, we will only be able to issue you store credit to shop on MasterPalm.com or MasterToolSupply.com

2.2 Exchange Your Order
If you wish to exchange your order, you entitle to do so within 48 hours.

2.3 Return Your Order
We only issue store credit for any returns for you to shop online at masterpalm.com and mastertoolsupply.com without restocking fee within (7) days following delivery of the item(s) or with 15% restocking fee after 7 days up to 30 days following delivery of the item(s).

For any order returns, you are required to request a return merchandise authorization, otherwise, no exchange or store credit will be issued or honored if we receive the return item without return merchandise authorization number. And the item will be returned to you.

All return shall be freight prepaid. However, if the item you receive is defected by nature, we will pay for freight charges and replace you a same model with a new one within 7-14 days after we receive the returned item.

All return item shall be unopened, unused and is in its original packaged resell-able condition and we shall receive the item within 14 days after the RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) Number is issued, otherwise, your return for exchange will be canceled and we will return the item back to you. You are liable to pay the transportation costs to ship back the order for store credit refund, if it is an exchange, you are liable to pay for freight cost both ways and the price difference. If you return for exchange, and the item price is lower than the original item, we will issue store credit for the difference.

2.4 Restocking Fee
You will only be charged a 15% restocking fee if you decide to return the item for store credit after 7 days following the delivery date of your order, up to 30 days.

3 Acceptable Returns Condition Rules.

3.1 In the event of returns or cancellations, We require that you return any item(s) to Us in their original packaging in a "new and unused state" with all original labeling attached and a copy of the invoice.

3.2 PLEASE NOTE: "New and unused" means that there are no marks on the item(s) or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

All item(s) will be subject to a Quality Control (QC) check on return receipt. If item(s) do not meet QC standards then the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

3.3 All returns and cancellations will only be accepted with a RMA number (please refer to section 1.1 above for details of how to obtain a RMA number).

4 Shipping Insurance for Return

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that any goods being returned are fully insured whilst in transit to Master Air Tool Ltd Co, USA.

5 Unconditional Return for Refund or Exchange

5.1 Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the item(s) ordered, please let us know if this is not the case. We offer a free returns process in the event that:

  • The item(s) is not what was ordered
  • The item(s) is flawed
  • We do not accept any return or exchange based on the brand name and tool appearance design based on color. We use either Master, Master Pneumatic or Co-Brand Master Palm as our in-house brands on the package based on availability. In rare cases, we may update the tool design without informing you in advance, the housing color or housing design might be different from what you see on the website if there is an update to the model, due to the fact that our products are industrial products, not consumer products, therefore, there will be updates and upgrade on the design based on quality control, mechanism design and industrial certification compliance without further notification.

5.2 In all other cases shipment and insurance of item(s) returned, cancelled or exchanged is the responsibility of the sender and this will be at their cost. We require that item(s) be returned within thirty (14) days of the date of delivery of the item(s).

6 Failed to Return

In the event of any failure to return any item(s) to Us as set out in these Terms within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, We shall have the right to charge any costs relating to the recovery of the item(s).

7. Time Frame For Refund

Upon receipt of your return after inspection, we will issue store credit immediately to your account that you can shop online directly on MasterPalm.com. If you cancel the order within 24 hours after you place the order, we will void the credit card payment and you shall see the payment refunded back to your credit card within 3-7 business days, the time frame of available credit reflects back to your credit card might vary depending on your credit card issuer's policy and processing time.

8. Order Canceled by Master

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we decide to cancel your order, you will receive 100% cash refund back to your original payment method.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include:

If you return some/all of the items in your original shipment and the total order amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for the remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for free shipping.

Master Air Tool Ltd Co also offer commercial design service to its clients. All design service is non refundable and shall be prepaid. Post paid method only applies to our old clients and contracted customers who maintain a long term relationship with us.
